This is a pencil drawing I started some time ago (and for some reason never quite finished it). I really should do something about it
Anyway comments very appreciated about anything in this picture. The border at the bottom left has not been finished- it's going to be blue-green seaweed and fish type effect. I can't decide what to have in the upper right corner to balance it out. Maybe the edge of a wave type effect, or distant school of fish perhaps? Any other suggestions welcome 
By the way sorry about the quality, it's a photo, haven't had access to a scanner for some time.

I love the dolphins, they are so luminous.
The idea of a school of fish sounds good to me, you might also consider having beams of light come down from the right corner going across towards the bottom left, or maybe add some small turtles or other sealife.
